
We’re looking for a Senior Art Director who can concept big ideas and execute them with craft, consistency, and precision. This role is for someone who thinks beyond the layout. You understand brand systems. You see campaigns across channels. You sweat the typography, the grid, the motion, the deck, the banner ad, and the final production file.
You’ll partner closely with Copywriters, Designers, Strategists, and Account teams to create work that works — across B2B and B2C clients. You should be equally comfortable building a campaign platform from scratch or elevating day-to-day deliverables into something sharper and smarter.
This is a hands-on role. You will concept. You will design. You will present. You will help raise the bar.
What you’ll do
Concept and develop integrated campaigns across video, digital, social, print, OOH, email, web and experiential
Lead visual development from moodboards through final production
Collaborate closely with Copywriters to develop strong, cohesive ideas
Present work internally and to clients with clarity and confidence
Maintain and evolve brand standards across multiple clients
Oversee photo/video shoots as needed
Provide direction and feedback to Designers to elevate craft and consistency
Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlines
Push the work – even when the brief is small
What we’re looking for
5-8+ years of agency or in‑house experience
A strong portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking and high‑level craft
Experience across multiple channels (digital‑first mindset required)
Strong typographic and layout skills
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
Ability to present and sell work internally and externally
Available to work hybrid in Houston, or willing to relocate
