Regional Marketing & Business Development Manager
Locations: Dallas (preferred), The Woodlands, Collin County, San Antonio (TX); Oklahoma City (OK); Denver (CO). Status: Full-time, Exempt | In-office (Hybrid eligible after 12 months)
Job Summary We’re seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Regional Marketing & Business Development Manager to support our growing presence across Texas, Oklahoma, and Denver. In this role, you’ll serve as the marketing and business development lead for multiple offices, partnering closely with Office Managing Members, attorneys, and firm leadership to elevate our brand, strengthen client relationships, and drive new business opportunities.
Lead Regional Marketing & BD Strategy
Develop and execute local and regional marketing and business development plans in collaboration with OMMs and firm leadership.
Serve as the primary marketing and BD resource for assigned offices.
Drive Business Growth
Identify opportunities for client acquisition, retention, cross‑selling, and regional market expansion.
Monitor market developments and leverage insights to support outreach, thought leadership, and referral source collaboration.
Manage Regional Marketing Activities
Support creation of marketing materials including one‑pagers, pitch decks, attorney bios, representative experience, and award submissions.
Coordinate webinars, conferences, and client events, including onsite support.
Maintain and track regional representative experience for proposals and pitch materials.
Assist with post‑event reporting, analytics, and follow‑up to maximize ROI.
Enhance Brand Presence
Identify and manage sponsorships, memberships, conferences, and community involvement opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team on targeted contact lists, communications, and regional content.
Support social media content development and regional storytelling.
Support Attorney Integration
Coordinate local onboarding activities for new attorneys, including photography, bios, PR, and orientation.
Strengthen Internal Collaboration
Work closely with office managers, attorneys, and the marketing/BD team to ensure consistent messaging and high‑quality deliverables.
Suggest updates to collateral, web content, and practice materials to elevate the visibility of regional attorneys and practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
5–7 years of business development or marketing experience.
Law firm or professional services marketing experience preferred.
Strong digital and operational organizational skills and high level of attention to detail.
Ability to travel occasionally to all offices in region (Collin County, Dallas, San Antonio, The Woodlands, TX; Oklahoma City, OK; and Denver, CO) and infrequent travel to other offices.
Microsoft Office Suite, Email Marketing, ERM/CRM, and experience with digital communications platforms are required.
Travel up to 25%
Work Environment & Schedule
Full‑time, in‑office Monday–Friday.
Hybrid eligibility (up to 2 remote days per week) begins after 12 months of continuous full‑time employment, pending approval.
Some work outside standard business hours may be required.
