
Data Entry Specialist
Telesolv Consulting is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to provide data entry, records management, and administrative data support services in support of a federal client. This role is responsible for entering, updating, validating, and maintaining data across multiple systems, as well as supporting reporting, document control, and administrative processing activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, accurate, organized, and comfortable working in a high-volume, process-driven environment. All considered applicants must be local to Idaho Falls, Idaho as this is an onsite position. Responsibilities:
Perform high-volume data entry into government and contractor systems with a high degree of accuracy Enter, update, verify, and maintain data in spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems Review data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures Correct, update, and reconcile data discrepancies as needed Maintain electronic and physical records in accordance with records management requirements Retrieve, compile, and organize data for reports, audits, and management request Prepare and update tracking logs, spreadsheets, and reports Scan, index, file, and organize documents in electronic systems Support document control, correspondence tracking, and records maintenance activities Assist with administrative processing, forms, and data-related workflows Protect sensitive, confidential, and controlled information in accordance with policies Provide support for special projects, ad hoc requests, and time-sensitive tasks Serve as backup support for other administrative and clerical functions as needed Qualifications:
High School Diploma required Must be a U.S. citizen Must be able to obtain and maintain required clearance 13+ years of data entry, clerical, or administrative support experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work with multiple systems and databases Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment About TeleSolv Consulting
