About Bretton AI
Bretton AI is the leading AI agent platform for financial services. Companies like Robinhood, Mercury and Gusto trust us to automate mission critical work, starting with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism investigations.
We’ve raised over $90M from Greylock, Y Combinator, Thomson Reuters Ventures and other top tier investors. We’re based in downtown San Francisco and our team comes from world‑class organizations like SpaceX, Google, Netflix, Stripe, Plaid and more.
The Role As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of bringing our AI agents to the banks and fintechs that are fighting financial crime on a global scale. In a landscape transformed by regulatory shifts and AI advancements, you will own the full sales cycle for our largest and most strategic accounts, working closely with key decision‑makers in compliance, engineering, and risk.
This is a core sales role on our GTM team, where you will be a key part of a small and growing team. You will work directly with our founding executives to shape our go‑to‑market strategy, land new logos, and drive expansion within major financial institutions.
What You’ll Do
Engage executive stakeholders and multithread across large financial institutions to navigate complex sales cycles and move deals forward.
Deliver compelling demos and presentations that clearly articulate the value of our AI agents to compliance and risk leaders.
Lead pricing and contract negotiations in highly regulated environments.
Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions and share insights from the field to inform our go‑to‑market strategy.
Build and manage a robust pipeline through a combination of outbound prospecting and relationship building.
What We’re Looking For Must-Haves:
5+ years of success in B2B Enterprise sales with a proven track record of exceeding quota.
Experience selling technical products to the financial services industry, preferably in compliance, risk, or security.
A strong grasp of complex sales cycles with average deal sizes ranging from six figures to $1M+.
Confidence and presence when selling to technical stakeholders, including VP and C‑level executives in compliance, engineering, and risk.
A true closer’s mindset: persistent, strategic, consultative, and always driving for the next step.
A self‑starter with a builder mentality and the ability to operate independently within a lean, agile team.
Bonus Points:
Previous experience at a startup or on a founding sales team.
A background in financial services or fintech sales.
Experience selling into compliance, risk, or regulatory functions.
A track record of success at high‑growth B2B software companies.
