What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and maintain productive relationships with Enterprise Account customer contacts and internal stakeholders
Provide inside sales support and assistance to customers regarding products and services
Work with the Enterprise Account Manager to develop and implement customer‑specific growth strategies
Apply proper selling techniques to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
Achieve assigned sales and customer service KPIs
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree preferred; High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of inside or outside sales/customer service experience
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to follow and influence the selling process
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM
Ability to multi‑task with a high degree of attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a sales or customer service role within the temporary space solutions industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics
Familiarity with pricing guidelines and product knowledge in the industry
