Mechanical/HVAC Estimator

Your Role:
In the position of HVAC/Mechanical Estimator, you will be crucial in providing precise project estimates and supporting a diverse range of Commercial and Industrial projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Project Assessments:
Collaborate with Project Managers and sales teams to analyze project specifications and produce accurate cost and time estimates. Diverse Projects:
Provide estimates across various plan and spec, design/build, and LEED® certification projects. Detailed Estimations:
Utilize AutoBid or similar software to review project specifications, interpret blueprints, conduct material research, evaluate bids, and prepare cost proposals. Cross-Department Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Industry Expertise:
Keep up-to-date with HVAC trends, energy codes, and regulatory requirements to maintain a competitive advantage. Organized Records:
Maintain accurate and accessible documentation of completed estimates. What You Bring: 5+ Years of Estimating Experience:
A strong background in HVAC estimating, preferably with proficiency in AutoBid. Industry Knowledge:
Experience in Commercial and Industrial projects, specifically in ductwork, piping, and control systems. Strong Communication Skills:
Ability to collaborate effectively with customers, teams, and stakeholders. Regulatory Familiarity:
A solid understanding of energy codes and LEED® requirements. Detail-Oriented Approach:
