Your Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity, specializing in secrets management, static/dynamic secrets, PKI, compliance, and threat monitoring. Your deep understanding of enterprise SDLC and ability to engage with large customers to address their complex use cases will be key to your success in this role.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting market and competitive analysis to derive insights and shape the overarching product vision and strategy.
Prioritizing the product roadmap by gathering feedback from customers, field teams, community practitioners, and other stakeholders.
Creating detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to translate user and market research into actionable requirements for engineering teams.
Collaborating effectively with engineering, design, product marketing management, and other internal teams to drive high-impact product initiatives.
Keeping field teams (Sales Engineers, account managers, Subject Matter Experts, etc.) and Marketing informed about feature releases, while also communicating feature requests to Engineering.
Supporting Sales and Marketing enablement by crafting engaging product narratives and educational materials (website content, whitepapers, sales presentations, FAQs, etc.).
Assisting field teams with customer interactions, roadmap presentations, and product demos.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
8+ years of product management experience with an enterprise security product.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
A proven ability to align diverse stakeholders towards a common objective.
Strong analytical skills with the capability to prioritize and make informed trade-offs.
Robust technical knowledge of privileged access, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and overall security landscape.
A track record of delivering products while maintaining a sharp focus on user experience.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Experience in defining product roadmaps and strategies.
Expertise in crafting product requirements documents (PRDs).
Proven history of deep collaboration with engineering teams.
Experience leading educational sessions for sales engineers and support teams.
Ability to enhance community engagement and encourage partner contributions.
Conducting customer interviews to gather insights.
Performing market research to inform product decisions.
Effective management of product backlog.
