Automotive Parts Associate
Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Parts Associate, where you'll provide exceptional service to retail and installer customers. This role supports store management in various tasks and encourages bilingual candidates to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding service by following and promoting all company customer service programs.
Greet customers promptly and assist them in selecting the right merchandise in a friendly and courteous manner.
Support managers and installer service specialists in meeting the needs of professional customers.
Complete all required training to enhance your performance.
Answer phone inquiries professionally, look up parts accurately, quote prices, recommend premium items, and promote our Low-Price Guarantee.
Manage cash drawer securely, process transactions accurately, and handle exchanges and returns in accordance with company policies.
Resolve customer complaints with a positive attitude and professionalism.
Assist with daily operational tasks such as inventory management and planogram updates, including stocking shelves and cleaning.
After training, operate store test equipment and perform various in-store customer services where allowed.
Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs require it.
Perform any additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Strong ability to match alphanumeric sequences quickly.
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Capability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of automotive parts, cataloging, and experience in automotive sales or service.
ASE certification.
Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish preferred).
