Automotive Parts Consultant

Key Responsibilities
Promote and adhere to all company customer service programs.
Greet customers promptly in a friendly manner and assist them in selecting the right merchandise.
Support store management in serving professional clients as required.
Complete all relevant company training successfully.
Provide outstanding service to customers over the phone by following company policies and accurately quoting parts and prices.
Manage cash transactions responsibly, ensuring the cash drawer is maintained accurately.
Handle exchanges and returns smoothly and according to company procedures.
Resolve customer complaints positively and effectively.
Assist with daily operational tasks such as receiving goods, stocking shelves, and maintaining store presentation.
Utilize equipment like brake lathes after proper training is completed.
Offer in-store services to customers, keeping within legal guidelines.
Occasionally deliver products as business needs dictate, ensuring compliance with driving eligibility requirements.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong ability to match alphanumeric sequences swiftly.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to multitask effectively, managing customer interactions both in-person and via phone.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with automotive parts and sales.
ASE certification is a plus.
Fluency in Spanish or additional languages is highly valued.
