Position Details :
Pellerin is a commercial laundry equipment sales and service company, and we are looking for a new Customer Service and Parts Support Representative for our Grand Prairie Texas office. We sell and service commercial laundry equipment to the hospitality and healthcare markets.
Basic Duties Include:
Answer incoming phone calls from customers requesting parts or service.
Process customers parts orders and quotes in the computer using NetSuite.
Serve as the primary contact for customer service concerns or requests of incoming parts to include creating service calls, collecting payments from customers, performing supplementary parts orders, and creating new parts in NetSuite.
Ability to solve customer service needs in a timely fashion.
Extended Duties:
Calling and scheduling preventative maintenance services for customers.
Dispatching technicians to service calls as needed.
Package small parts and make UPS shipping tags as needed.

Experience:
Customer Service or Service Writer Background: 1+ years (Required)
Strong attention to detail (Preferred)
Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Systems (NetSuite Preferred)
Parts manuals and high volume service environment (Preferred not required)
