A high-tech manufacturing organization is seeking a hands-on

ERP Business Functional Analyst

to lead and optimize our

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

environment. This role serves as the D365 F&O subject matter expert, supporting production and supply chain operations while driving system improvements, data integrity, and process efficiency.

What You’ll Do Own and support D365 F&O across

Production, Procurement, MRP, and Capacity Planning Maintain BOMs, routings, shop floor controls, and inventory accuracy Execute and optimize MRP, supply/demand planning, and capacity planning Configure workflows, analyze logs, and develop reports Ensure ERP configurations align correctly with subledger and GL impact Manage environments using

Lifecycle Services (LCS) Support integrations with MES, CRM, PDM, and other systems Partner with business leaders to translate operational needs into scalable ERP solutions Lead enhancements, testing cycles, release management, and post-implementation reviews Train and support end users

What You Bring 3–5+ years of progressive

D365 F&O

experience Deep knowledge of manufacturing operations within ERP Strong understanding of financial impacts of ERP configurations Experience with BI/analytics tools Experience designing third-party integrations (preferred) AX 2009 experience (a plus) Strong communication skills and a self-driven, problem-solving mindset Ability to own projects and deliver on time with high quality
