Monday–Friday 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM Pay rate:
$17-$20/hr
Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls about orders, order status and tracking and general customer service inquiries Make outbound calls to follow up on pending orders and jobs Manage an average call volume of approximately 8 calls per hour Accurately document interactions and resolutions Use professional, courteous communication at all times Resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution Collaborate effectively with team members and leadership
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to perform basic math Intermediate PC skills, including: Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Internet and web browsers Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality service Ability to work effectively in a team environment
