Customer Service Representative
to join a missiondriven team in a
fully onsite, contracttohire role
in Indianapolis (46220). This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, empathetic, dependable, and passionate about helping others in a fastpaced, clientfocused environment. About the Role
This role is centered on connection, organization, and service. You will serve as the
first point of contact
for clients-both in person and over the phone-helping them feel welcomed, supported, and guided through available services. Reliability, compassion, and attention to detail are essential to success in this position. What You'll Be Doing Greet clients professionally at the
front desk
and direct them appropriately
Answer incoming calls with professionalism, patience, and empathy
Schedule appointments and assist clients with completing applications
Review forms and documentation for accuracy and completeness
Perform light data entry and general office support
Copy, scan, and organize client documents (IDs, leases, utility bills, etc.)
Prepare case files and assist with mailing notices
Support caseworkers with documentation and file management
Operate basic office equipment such as copiers and scanners
Assist with additional office tasks as needed
What We're Looking For Strong organizational and communication skills
A high level of empathy and professionalism when working with clients
Excellent attendance record and reliability
Comfortable working with diverse populations, including individuals with limited English proficiency
Detailoriented with the ability to handle confidential information with care
Ability to start immediately

$21.63 per hour
