
Insight Global is seeking a hands-on data analyst role supporting a database marketing team. On a day-to-day basis, this analyst will write advanced SQL queries to pull, analyze, and segment customer data in support of database marketing initiatives. They will build, maintain, and enhance Tableau dashboards from scratch, ensuring data accuracy and usability for marketing stakeholders. The role involves creating and managing audience segments for marketing campaigns, including SSO-related initiatives, and supporting campaign execution with clean, reliable data. This analyst will handle a mix of planned projects and ad hoc requests, partnering closely with marketing teams to answer business questions, troubleshoot data issues, and deliver timely insights. This is a 6-month ongoing contract role and pays $70-$74hr.

Required Skills & Experience • 6+ years of marketing data analytics experience • Advanced SQL skills: write complex queries from scratch, strong with joins, subqueries, CTEs, and large datasets • Strong Tableau experience: ability to build dashboards from scratch, Experience maintaining and enhancing existing dashboards • Database Marketing background: supporting marketing or CRM teams, familiarity with customer-level data, campaign data, and audience segmentation • Prior exposure to Unica strongly preferred Understands how audience data feeds into marketing campaigns
