A boutique real estate law practice is seeking an experienced Transactional Real Estate Paralegal to join its team. This is an opportunity for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced, sophisticated practice and enjoys taking full ownership of complex matters from start to finish.
The firm represents sophisticated clients in a wide range of real estate and business transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, development, financing, and leasing of commercial property.
You’ll work closely with 2–3 attorneys who handle high-level strategy and client interface, while relying on you to manage the operational and transactional backbone of deals.
Job Responsibilities Handle commercial real estate transactions, managing deals from initial term sheet through closing Coordinate due diligence Prepare and organize closing checklists, critical date calendars, and transaction timelines Draft and revise transactional documents Liaise with clients, lenders, title companies, and opposing counsel Maintain organized, accurate, and complete deal files throughout the transaction lifecycle
Ideal Candidate 5–10 years of experience in transactional real estate, commercial real estate, or related corporate/transactional work Demonstrated ability to run a deal independently with minimal oversight Excellent drafting, organizational, and project-management skills A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the confidence to “jump right in” Ability to work collaboratively with a small team of attorneys while owning your workflow
