Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Charlotte, NC. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring freight moves efficiently, profitably, and in accordance with customer expectations. Responsibilities include collaborating with the carrier representative team to ensure shipments are managed, addressing customer inquiries, and identifying opportunities for growth. The role requires strategic problem-solving, daily communication with clients, and meeting key performance metrics to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications 5+ years experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields required 3+ years experience managing accounts required Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple accounts Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in relevant software and technology tools (e.g., TMS systems, Outlook) Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred
