About the Role As we grow, we are seeking an experienced
Events Manager
to own our B2B conference and tradeshow strategy end-to-end. This role is responsible for driving event execution, optimizing ROI, and partnering with Marketing and Sales to support pipeline growth through high-impact industry events.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Event Planning & Strategy Develop and manage master event calendar for conferences and tradeshows. Align event goals with marketing and sales objectives, tracking campaign codes, booth scans, and meeting outcomes in CRM. Secure sponsorships, exhibitor packages (10x10 and 10x20 booth levels), and show presence activities (attend only discount passes, speaking deadlines)

Booth Logistics & Inventory Manage inventory of booth graphics, giveaways and materials Design and order booth graphics, banners, carpet, furniture, lead scanners needed Coordinate shipping/advance warehouse arrangements Manage exhibitor service manuals and vendor relationships
3.
Marketing & Engagement Plan pre-show, during-show, and post-show meetings, activities, calendar and deadlines. Work with content manager and email coordinator on necessary content (emails, social media, blogs).
4.
Roundtables & Special Events Plan and execute client/prospect roundtables including goals and tracking in CRM Coordinate venue, catering, and attendee engagement strategies Working with content manager and email coordinator for scheduling invites, social, roundtable event schedule, speakers and content for events
What you bring to the role
Proven 3-5 year experience managing conferences and tradeshows, in B2B setting Knowledge of booth design, shipping logistics, and exhibitor tools Strong project management and vendor coordination skills Proficiency in CRM and event tracking tools Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment
