Our partner’s brokerage division is growing, and we’re looking for high-performing Logistics Sales Executives who bring an active book of business and thrive on building long-term customer relationships. In this fully remote role, you’ll play a direct role in revenue growth while supported by experienced carrier sales, operations, and leadership teams focused on delivering best-in-class service.
What You’ll do: •
Grow your book of business:
Leverage existing relationships to secure new freight opportunities, prospect, network and expand customer partnerships. •
Drive revenue and margin:
Set competitive rates, negotiate effectively, and continuously optimize profitability across your portfolio. •
Collaborate cross-functionally:
Work closely with operations and carrier sales teams to ensure seamless execution and service excellence. •
Own your pipeline:
Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast activity, and track performance metrics to manage and grow your business effectively.
What we’re looking for: •
2+ years
of experience in transportation brokerage or 3PL sales •
Active, portable book of business
with the ability to transition customers within 60–90 days • Proficiency with CRM platforms, Excel, and transportation management systems • Deep understanding of the U.S. freight market and brokerage dynamics • Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment
