Our partner’s brokerage division is growing, and we’re looking for high-performing Logistics Sales Executives who bring an active book of business and thrive on building long-term customer relationships. In this fully remote role, you’ll play a direct role in revenue growth while supported by experienced carrier sales, operations, and leadership teams focused on delivering best-in-class service.
What You’ll do:
Grow your book of business:
Leverage existing relationships to secure new freight opportunities, prospect, network and expand customer partnerships.
Drive revenue and margin:
Set competitive rates, negotiate effectively, and continuously optimize profitability across your portfolio.
Collaborate cross-functionally:
Work closely with operations and carrier sales teams to ensure seamless execution and service excellence.
Own your pipeline:
Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast activity, and track performance metrics to manage and grow your business effectively.
What we’re looking for:
2+ years
of experience in transportation brokerage or 3PL sales
Active, portable book of business
with the ability to transition customers within 60–90 days
Proficiency with CRM platforms, Excel, and transportation management systems
Deep understanding of the U.S. freight market and brokerage dynamics
Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment
