Key Responsibilities: Own and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to close Close mid-market and enterprise deals with $250K+ ACV Generate pipeline through outbound efforts (50% of role) Sell to C-suite and VP-level stakeholders Execute value-based, consultative sales motions Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers and technical teams Travel 30–40% as needed for client engagements Consistently meet or exceed quota
Required Qualifications 3–6 years of experience as a quota-carrying Account Executive in SaaS or B2B technology Proven experience closing $250K+ ACV deals Experience in an early-stage startup environment (Pre-Series C preferred) Demonstrated success with value-based, product-led sales (without relying on brand strength) Experience selling to executive-level stakeholders Strong understanding of AI and core technical concepts relevant to AI-agent-based products Comfortable with outbound sales and autonomous lead generation Experience in collaborative sales processes involving engineers and technical stakeholders Consistent track record of quota attainment or overachievement Willingness and ability to travel 30–40%
