Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Provider Relations Specialist/Sales and Marketing Manager located in Miami Lakes, FL. The individual in this role will foster and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, develop marketing strategies, and drive sales growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, managing provider networks, coordinating marketing campaigns, and negotiating contracts. The role involves effectively communicating the value of the organization’s services and ensuring a positive relationship with stakeholders across the healthcare landscape.
Qualifications Strong marketing, sales, and strategic planning skills Experience in provider relations and network management Proficiency in contract negotiation and business development Ability to analyze data and develop actionable strategies Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Fluency in CRM tools and marketing platforms is a plus Knowledge of the healthcare or neuroscience field is desirable Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred
