Senior Paralegal
to support our litigation attorneys in
plaintiff-side insurance claims . If you have a strong background in
mediations, depositions, and trial preparation,
and thrive in a dynamic legal environment, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities: Work directly with litigation attorneys on case strategy and execution Draft pleadings, demand letters, discovery responses, and mediation briefs Prepare for and support mediations, depositions, and trial Organize exhibits, witness files, and trial notebooks Conduct legal research and summarize findings Maintain client communication and case updates
Qualifications: 5+ years of paralegal experience in plaintiff-side insurance litigation Strong understanding of Texas civil procedure and insurance law Proven expertise in mediations, depositions, and trial support Excellent writing, organization, and communication skills Paralegal certification preferred
