The Role
You’ll act as lead counsel on sophisticated commercial leasing matters, drafting and negotiating complex leases and related agreements (LOIs, work letters, SNDAs, consents), supervising junior attorneys, and working directly with institutional clients and deal teams. Solar or alternative-energy leasing experience is a plus, not a requirement.
