Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager position based in Schaumburg, IL. The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with RSA’s solutions. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, addressing inquiries and issues promptly, and identifying new opportunities for growth. The Account Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to implement client strategies and monitor performance metrics to maintain and improve service quality.
