Key Responsibilities Coordinate ocean export shipments from origin to destination, including documentation and carrier booking. Prepare and review export documentation such as Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin. Communicate with carriers, customs brokers, and clients to ensure timely and accurate shipment processing. Ensure compliance with U.S. export regulations and international trade requirements. Track shipments and proactively resolve any operational or logistical issues. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records and reporting for all ocean export transactions.
Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in ocean freight forwarding or logistics coordination. Strong knowledge of ocean export procedures and documentation. Familiarity with international trade regulations (e.g., ITAR, EAR, Incoterms). Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with freight management systems preferred.
