A reputable financial firm in Elgin, Illinois is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join their team. The Client Relationship Manager serves as the primary support partner to the Wealth Management Advisor, helping to manage day-to-day client relationships, coordinate account activity, and ensure operational excellence. You will be instrumental in maintaining strong client connections while helping drive efficient and organized practice management. with a salary of $60-100k plus bonus, this position also offers a comprehensive benefits package including but not limited to medical and dental insurance as well as generous PTO.
Key Responsibilities of the Client Relationship Manager: Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries with professionalism and urgency Support client onboarding, account opening, and ongoing account maintenance Prepare client meeting materials, reports, and performance summaries Coordinate and schedule client meetings, reviews, and follow-ups Process transactions, transfers, and service requests accurately and timely Maintain detailed client records and ensure compliance with firm policies Partner with the Wealth Management Advisor to identify client service opportunities Assist with portfolio reviews and ensure documentation is complete and up to date Proactively anticipate client needs and enhance the overall client experience
Qualifications of the Client Relationship Manager: 2+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or a client-facing advisory support role Strong understanding of financial accounts (investment, retirement, brokerage, etc.) Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail High level of professionalism and discretion Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office FINRA licenses (Series 6/63) preferred but not required
