Residential Sales Representative
ArborForce Tree Services – Metro Atlanta, GA Full-Time | Commission
ArborForce Tree Services is seeking a motivated Residential Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role combines customer service, outdoor work, and professional tree care consulting.
You will meet with homeowners, assess tree care needs, prepare proposals, and build long-term client relationships throughout Metro Atlanta.
• Meet with homeowners to evaluate tree care needs • Prepare and present written estimates • Follow up on pending proposals • Build strong client relationships • Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth job execution • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• 1–3+ years of sales experience (tree care preferred) • Strong communication and follow-up skills • Self-motivated and goal-oriented • Valid driver’s license • ISA Certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus
