The Opportunity As a Solution Sales Expert, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by positioning Amdocs AI solutions to strategic customers. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and aligning them with our AI portfolio to deliver measurable business outcomes.
What will your job look like? Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales plans for AI solutions across targeted accounts. Identify new business opportunities and drive end-to-end sales cycles. Solution Expertise: Articulate the value proposition of Amdocs AI offerings, including Generative AI, predictive analytics, and automation solutions. Collaborate with product and delivery teams to tailor solutions to customer requirements. Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers. Conduct workshops, demos, and presentations showcasing AI capabilities. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on AI trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Provide feedback to product teams for continuous improvement.
All you need is... 8+ years in solution sales, with at least 2 years in Agentic AI solutions. Experience in Telco BSS. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in enterprise environments. Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
