Job description:
We are seeking a motivated Medical Device Sales Representative to join our inside sales team. This role is ideal for individuals beginning their career in medical device sales who excel in a virtual environment. The representative will support sales growth by engaging healthcare professionals through phone, video conferencing, and digital communication while developing foundational sales and product knowledge through a structured training program.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to healthcare professionals and facilities
- Present and promote medical device products via virtual meetings and online demonstrations
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses, and healthcare administrators remotely
- Schedule appointments and coordinate virtual product demonstrations
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions in CRM tools
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and existing customers to drive sales opportunities
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and clinical teams to support sales initiatives
Requirements
- 0–2 years or more of sales, customer service, or healthcare-related experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable conducting sales conversations via phone and video
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setting
- Proficient with basic technology (CRM systems, video conferencing tools, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace)
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated home workspace
Salary/Compensation: $60,000 - $78,000 per year
