We are seeking a motivated Medical Device Sales Representative to join our inside sales team. This role is ideal for individuals beginning their career in medical device sales who excel in a virtual environment. The representative will support sales growth by engaging healthcare professionals through phone, video conferencing, and digital communication while developing foundational sales and product knowledge through a structured training program.


Responsibilities



  • Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to healthcare professionals and facilities

  • Present and promote medical device products via virtual meetings and online demonstrations

  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses, and healthcare administrators remotely

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate virtual product demonstrations

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions in CRM tools

  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and existing customers to drive sales opportunities

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and clinical teams to support sales initiatives


Requirements



  • 0–2 years or more of sales, customer service, or healthcare-related experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable conducting sales conversations via phone and video

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setting

  • Proficient with basic technology (CRM systems, video conferencing tools, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace)

  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated home workspace






Salary/Compensation: $60,000 - $78,000 per year
