About the Role & Program Join the Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products team, where we inspire families and fans around the world to create unforgettable memories! In this role, you will empower our teams to redefine entertainment and bring joy to millions. As an integral part of the Travel Industry Marketing Strategy team, you will help craft impactful marketing initiatives that enhance our presence in the marketplace and drive our business goals. This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment from June 2026 to January 2027. What You Will Do Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing, advertising, and communication strategies with core business objectives.

Manage and coordinate various projects aimed at driving business conversions.

Implement marketing strategies across different sales channels effectively.

Oversee distribution marketing projects with internal or external creative agencies to ensure timely and budget-friendly market launches.

Assist in disseminating marketing messages across channels.

Analyze data to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and optimize results while assisting in research and reporting.

Help develop PowerPoint reports on marketing initiatives and performance metrics.

Monitor industry trends and social media benchmarks to inform strategies.

Support creative projects including collateral development, photo, and video production.

Required Qualifications & Skills Excellent team collaboration skills and the ability to transform conflicts into positive outcomes.

Demonstrated self-leadership, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Strong storytelling skills with the capacity to create and present engaging business narratives.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive attitude toward offering innovative solutions.

Sound knowledge of social media and digital trends.

Preferred Qualifications Experience within the Disney brand.

Prior internship experience in marketing.

Education Currently in your Junior or Senior year preferably.

Major in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information Candidates must meet the following requirements: Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree, taking at least one class at the time of application, or currently involved in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.

Be at least 18 years old.

Possess unrestricted work authorization.

Not have completed one year of continuous employment in a Disney internship or Disney College Program.

Internship Duration:

June 2026 - January 2027.

Availability for full-time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) throughout the internship.

Transportation:

Must have reliable transportation to/from work.

Housing:

Limited housing opportunities may be available for Florida-based interns.

Pay Rate:
