$47 - $52 / hr. W2 Key Responsibilities: Enhance DevOps functions for Salesforce Retail and multiple platforms by managing CI/CD pipelines. Oversee daily release activities such as code integration, build creation, validations, dry runs, and backout procedures. Provide ongoing support for Salesforce organizations using Copado for CI/CD. Automate Salesforce project releases and streamline deployment processes to boost efficiency. Coordinate inter-team dependencies and systems to ensure reliable release cycles. Effectively communicate deployment statuses and updates to both technical and business stakeholders. Experience Requirements: 5+ years of experience in enterprise software delivery and release management. 5+ years managing complex CI/CD pipelines. Proficient with CI/CD tools such as Bamboo, Bitbucket, GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Copado. Strong background in branching strategies, code reviews, and CI/CD best practices. Experience with scripting languages including Python, Bash, and PowerShell. Familiarity with Remedy, Jira, Confluence, and data masking techniques in Salesforce. Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices. Preferred: Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Platform Developer certification.
