EOX Sales Operations- New Installation
located in
Atlanta, GA.
Responsible for preparing and delivering accurate, timely quotes in support of the sales team. This role works directly from bid documents and technical drawings to develop detailed proposals for elevator new installation projects. The position is performance-driven and incentivized based on daily quote output aligned with bid volume received. A key component of the role is building strong partnerships with Sales Representatives to drive utilization of the quoting support function.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Review bid packages submitted by Sales Representatives for completeness and scope clarity
Interpret architectural and construction drawings to determine elevator specifications and project requirements
Develop accurate and competitive quotes based on project scope, drawings, and internal pricing guidelines
Produce a targeted number of quotes per day based on inbound bid volume
Proactively build and maintain strong working relationships with Sales Representatives to increase awareness and utilization of quoting support services
Partner with Sales to clarify scope, timelines, and project priorities to improve turnaround time and win rates
Serve as a responsive and reliable resource to Sales, helping streamline the bidding process
Ensure quotes meet company standards for accuracy, formatting, and compliance
Maintain organized records of bids, revisions, and final proposals
Support continuous improvement of quoting efficiency and process standardization
Experience in elevator new installation, construction estimating, or technical sales support preferred
Ability to read and interpret construction and architectural drawings
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Excel and quoting/estimating systems
Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with Sales partners
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
2+ years of inside sales or business development experience, preferably in a technical, service-oriented, or construction-related industry Proven success in a metric-driven sales environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to build rapport quickly Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team-based environment with a bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred
