Conduct quantity takeoffs and scope reviews from conceptual phases through GMP/CD phases. Collaborate effectively with preconstruction, operations, project management, and subcontractors. Analyze subcontractor bids to ensure alignment on scope and leveling. Offer value engineering insights and cost-saving strategies. Facilitate seamless project handoffs from preconstruction to operations. Maintain up-to-date historical cost data and be aware of market pricing trends. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in estimating and preconstruction roles with a General Contractor. Strong expertise in commercial ground-up construction projects. Demonstrated understanding of the complete preconstruction lifecycle. Proven stability and strong tenure in previous positions. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
