About the Role We are seeking a

Senior HR Partner

to support our

Global R&D organization , including teams in the U.S., Brazil, China, India and multiple global hubs. Our industry continues to evolve rapidly with advancements in intelligent devices, new technologies, and changing user expectations. To stay competitive, our R&D teams are continuously transforming-upgrading capabilities, adopting AI, and evolving how we innovate, build products, and collaborate across regions. This role will work closely with R&D leadership to strengthen organizational capabilities, support ongoing transformation, and enable teams to deliver usercentric, highquality products in a fastmoving and highly competitive market.

Key Responsibilities Act as a strategic HR partner to global R&D leadership, supporting organization planning, talent strategy, and capability development in an environment undergoing AIdriven transformation. Support the evolution of R&D culture toward AI-enabled innovation, usercentricity, agility, and highperformance collaboration across global locations. Partner with global teams to design and implement people programs covering talent development, manager capability, performance processes, and organizational effectiveness. Provide guidance on employee experience, engagement, and change management during organization transformation. Support employee relations and HR operations in alignment with U.S. employment laws and global HR standards. Lead or participate in global HR initiatives to enhance leadership capability, workforce planning, and organizational health.

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, or related field. 8+ years HRBP/HR Partner experience, preferably supporting R&D, engineering, or product teams. Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a global, matrixed tech or R&D environment is strongly preferred. Strong ability to partner with senior business leaders and influence strategic decisions. Understanding of organizational transformation and cultural development in fastchanging industries. Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholdermanagement skills across cultures and time zones. Knowledge of U.S. employment law, and compliance requirements.
