THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY
- Report to the VP of Operations.
- Lead companywide initiatives focused on operational excellence, process optimization, and performance improvement.
- Oversee manufacturing and quality functions to enhance efficiency, consistency, and product integrity.
- Develop and execute strategic plans that align improvement programs with long‑term business objectives.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and accountability through coaching, training, and leadership engagement.
- Manage budgets, metrics, and cross‑functional projects to ensure measurable, sustainable results.
