What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage the payer enrollment process for new groups and providers in the Florida market
Maintain and manage payer data in CredentialStream for both groups and individual providers
Investigate claims and enrollment-related issues with care centers
Resolve inbound claims inquiries using athenaNet EMR
Act as a liaison between the Enrollment Department and internal and external stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications)
3+ years of experience in a payer enrollment function
Medicare/Medicaid payer experience required
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Ability to function independently and manage multiple projects
Compliance with HIPAA rules and regulations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with Verity CredentialStream or other credentialing systems
Familiarity with athena EMR
Demonstrated skills in problem-solving and analysis
