What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide operational support for B2B marketing initiatives and events across the organization
Manage all pre-and post-event logistics, including venue sourcing and vendor relationships
Coordinate national conference logistics and manage external vendor and stakeholder requests
Oversee email communications and manage data tracking using Pardot and Salesforce
Lead the day-to-day operations of the marketing portal, including order management and troubleshooting
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or Business
1-2 years of experience in event planning
Strong project management skills with excellent time management abilities
Exceptional writing and communication skills with all levels of the organization
Ability to comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with social media and email marketing
Familiarity with spreadsheets and Google Workspace
Ability to think tactically and strategically
Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
