What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Plan and execute regional marketing programs including customer events, partner events, trade shows, and industry conferences

Collaborate with regional sales leaders to align marketing plans with territory goals

Track and report on event performance, lead quality, and ROI

Manage event logistics including venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site execution

Execute multi-touch campaigns that include email, digital ads, and webinars

What is Required (Qualifications):

3+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, demand generation, or related marketing roles

Strong project management and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple programs simultaneously

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially when collaborating with sales teams

Comfortable with travel (typically 20–40%), depending on region and event calendar

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or enterprise software

Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., "HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce")

Experience working with channel or partner ecosystems

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze program performance
