About the Role
We are looking for experienced Legal agency recruiters who want to step into a high performing Partner Recruitment desk. This is a chance to specialise at the top of the market, build long standing relationships with leading law firms and play a key role in shaping Partner hiring strategy.
Agency recruitment experience is essential for this one.
What You Will Be Doing
Running a full 360 Partner focused desk within the legal sector
Working directly with top law firms on Partner and senior lateral recruitment
Managing long term talent pipelines and confidential search projects
Developing new business and growing your own specialist practice area
Progressing into leadership with clear mentorship and the opportunity to build out a team
What We Are Looking For
Minimum 2 years in an agency recruitment environment
Experience within Legal Partner Recruitment
Strong commercial drive and confidence with BD
Someone ambitious, polished and ready to operate at a strategic level
