UX/UI Tools Developer Analyst
for a
Contract
role with a client in
Dearborn, MI . This position supports the
FCSD Customer Retention Uptime Team , whose mission is to drive innovation in service experiences by deeply understanding customer and dealer needs and designing seamless interactions that strengthen long‑term loyalty.
Rate Range:
$40/hour to $43/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
UX/UI Tools Developer Analyst Job Responsibilities
Support the development, enhancement, and implementation of digital tools designed to improve customer and dealer service experiences.
Partner with cross‑functional teams to gather and interpret user needs, transform insights into tool requirements, and support ongoing optimization.
Create data‑driven dashboards, reports, and UI components to enable operational transparency and decision‑making.
Integrate internal and external data sources to support analytics initiatives and elevate process efficiency.
Design and support application solutions that streamline workflows and enhance usability.
Support API‑based integrations to ensure seamless data flow across platforms and tools.
Solve complex problems related to data, usability, tool performance, and process improvement.
Assist in capturing and analyzing data to support tool enhancement initiatives, business reporting, and continuous improvement.
Desired Qualifications
2+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Delivery Manager, or adjacent digital/technical role.
Strong experience in:
Application solutions
Data collection and data integration
Analytics dashboards and reporting
Problem‑solving in technical or operational environments
APIs and system connectivity

Pay Details:
$40.00 to $43.00 per hour
