Branson Ultrasonics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Key Accounts Manager with a strong background in the automotive industry. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, managing key customer relationships, and leading key automotive accounts and OEM sales initiatives across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the automotive sector, including OEMs and automotive tier 1/2/3 suppliers.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing customer accounts.

Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders within the automotive industry.

Lead, coach, and mentor sales representatives to maximize performance and achieve individual and team goals.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with business objectives.

Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales reports to senior management.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key clients to secure profitable business.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.

Who you are: You bring 7+ years of automotive sales experience and excel at strategic thinking and business acumen. You are a results‑driven leader who develops and motivates teams to achieve organizational goals while fostering career growth. You build strong, customer‑focused relationships and communicate a clear vision that inspires action. Known for problem‑solving and sound decision‑making, you approach challenges with insight and judgment, encouraging diverse ideas and collaboration to drive success.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in the automotive industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.

Managerial acumen – overseeing and developing direct reports.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in field sales roles.

Extensive knowledge of automotive products, industry trends, and key players.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to travel up to 35%.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data‑driven decisions.

Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

Experience with plastics joining or molding.

Experience with welding technologies such as laser, vibration, ultrasonics.
