Our team works directly with homeowners to inspect properties, identify damage, and guide them through restoration solutions. You’ll receive hands‑on field training, real‑time support, and a proven sales process to help you succeed quickly.
Income Potential
100% commission‑based structure
High performers earn $100,000–$200,000+ annually
New team members often generate $1,000–$4,000+ per week once trained

What You’ll Be Doing
Prospecting in storm‑impacted neighborhoods
Conducting roof and exterior inspections
Identifying storm or age‑related damage
Educating homeowners on repair/replacement options
Supporting clients through insurance claims when applicable
Managing follow‑ups and closing deals

Self‑starters who don’t need micromanagement
Strong communicators comfortable working face‑to‑face
Individuals who enjoy being outdoors and active
Former athletes, students, recent grads, and career changers encouraged to apply
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
