Seasonal Storm Response Sales Representatives
to support increased demand during storm season. This is a
high-earning, commission-only sales role
with
potential for full-time employment
based on performance, work ethic, and storm volume. You’ll work directly with homeowners impacted by storms or exterior wear, perform property inspections, assist with insurance claims (when applicable), and help clients choose restoration or upgrade solutions. Full training and field support are provided. $100,000 - $200,000 a year Why This Role Stands Out:

Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods and generate leads Perform exterior home inspections (roofing, siding, gutters) Identify storm damage or aging materials Educate homeowners on restoration options and processes Assist with insurance claims when applicable Close sales and manage customer follow-ups Ideal Candidates:
Motivated, reliable, and goal-driven Comfortable working outdoors and face-to-face with homeowners Students, recent graduates, or early-career professionals encouraged to apply This is a seasonal storm sales role with strong potential to transition into a full-time position for top performers.
