Your responsibilities:
Providing customer support and handling correspondence,
Preparing and calculating customer offers as well as issuing price confirmations,
Creating and maintaining master data,
Collaborating nationally and internationally with various departments within the company,
Supporting Key Account Managers and Sales Managers in all sales-related activities,
Processing and monitoring action plans,
Preparing sales reports and presentations,
Supporting the management and expansion of the existing customer base,
Preparing for and following up on trade fairs.
