Within only one year, we became one of the biggest home & living marketplaces in the DACH region and have meanwhile expanded to France and the Netherlands as well. To continue this success story, we are looking for a visionary leader for our Account Management team.
Teamlead Account Management (m/f/d) - Marketplace Your responsibilities
You lead and develop a team of currently 4 Account Managers and one working student, driving team spirit and creating a top-performing environment
Your mission as Account Management Lead is to further develop our existing seller base across growth levers (including assortment growth, internationalization and marketing) and quality metrics, while tailoring approaches based on seller segments
You manage some of our most relevant sellers and build strong, trust-based relationships with them
You enable your team to deliver results by providing the right resources, training, and tools
You design and implement KPIs to track Account Management performance and growth, deriving actionable data insights and tactical plans
You ensure an increase in efficiency and scaling of processes and automate workflows wherever possible
You govern the strategic utilization of AI to maximize commercial outcomes, optimize workflows, and drive innovative, scalable solutions for long-term partner success
You coordinate smooth collaboration with our remaining marketplace subteams, namely Business Developments, Seller Onboarding, and Customer Experience
Your profile
You bring relevant work experience in account management or online marketplaces
You possess strong analytical skills; creating and understanding reports and KPIs are your starting point to improve processes, sales, and operations
You excel in communication and have strong interpersonal and influencing skills
You are highly organized and demonstrate high persistence in achieving your goals
You have a natural talent for leadership and a passion for developing people and team structures
You are proactive regarding AI-driven solutions and technical innovations
You are fluent in German and English; French, Polish or Dutch would be a plus
