What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Make outbound fundraising calls to solicit pledges for client projects
Follow provided and client-approved messaging on every call
Utilize appropriate fundraising call structures and transition phrases
Demonstrate exceptional customer service and respond effectively to donor inquiries
Meet and maintain project goals and efficiency metrics, including occupancy and shift adherence
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must work full‑time day shift Monday - Friday, with additional shifts during peak busy seasons
Must reside in the continental United States
Must own a computer that meets system requirements, a USB headset, webcam, and wired internet connection (no Wi‑Fi)
Must have a quiet, uninterrupted workspace to ensure professional interactions
Successful completion of a background check
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
A high school diploma and/or some college education is a plus
Minimum of 1 year of outbound sales, outbound fundraising, or outbound collections experience
