What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Make outbound fundraising calls to solicit pledges for client projects

Follow provided and client-approved messaging during calls

Utilize effective listening skills to provide situational responses

Meet and maintain project goals and efficiency metrics

Demonstrate exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism during interactions

What is Required (Qualifications):

Must work full-time day shift Monday through Friday, with possible additional shifts during peak seasons

Must reside in the continental United States

Must have a computer, USB headset, web camera, and wired internet connection

Must pass a background check

Minimum of 1 year of outbound sales, fundraising, or collections experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

High school diploma or some college education is a plus

Experience in a performance-driven environment
