This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role within a fast‑paced, international fashion and lifestyle communications agency. It is ideal for someone who wants meaningful responsibility across editorial, VIP servicing, and global coordination.
You will report directly to senior leadership and support multiple luxury clients across fashion, culture, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities: Editorial & Content Trafficking
Manage editorial sample requests for print, digital, and content shoots
Coordinate KOL and influencer pulls
Oversee approvals, shipping, tracking, returns, and follow‑up reporting
VIP Servicing
Handle sample requests from stylists, celebrity teams, and brand partners
Communicate clearly with clients on approvals and usage
Maintain brand guidelines and confidentiality at all times
Cross‑Office Coordination
Work closely with London and Mumbai teams on global opportunities
Manage international sample movement and time‑zone communication
Showroom & Operations
Maintain inventory systems and shipping logistics
Support intern workflows and showroom organization
Identify ways to improve processes
Reporting & Client Support
Draft weekly and monthly press reports
Maintain media databases (Launchmetrics, Muck Rack)
Support seasonal planning, gifting initiatives, and client decks
Qualifications and Requirements:
1–3 years of fashion, luxury, or lifestyle PR experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable managing multiple deadlines
Experience with sample trafficking and press coordination
Proficient in G‑Suite and standard PR platforms
In‑office role based in New York

You are uncomfortable with logistics and operational detail
You need multiple layers of hierarchy before taking action
You are unwilling to prioritize peak fashion calendar periods (Jan–March, Sept–Oct)
Compensation & Benefits Salary: $55,000–$65,000, commensurate with experience.
