Job Description We are seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to support small business prospects contacting the organization regarding financial management solutions. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, gaining a thorough understanding of each customer’s operations, challenges, and goals in order to recommend the most appropriate solutions across a multi-product ecosystem.
This position is responsible for full-cycle selling—from discovery and needs assessment through solution recommendation and order placement. You will manage a high volume of calls and/or chats while working across multiple systems to deliver an engaging customer experience that drives new customer acquisition and ecosystem attach.

Duties and Responsibilities
Consult with small business prospects contacting the organization regarding financial solutions.
Conduct discovery conversations to understand business operations, needs, and challenges.
Recommend appropriate solutions across up to five product lines, including Payments (Merchant Processing), Payroll, Live Bookkeeping, and Core accounting products (Desktop and Cloud).
Manage full-cycle sales from initial engagement through order placement.
Maintain high activity levels while handling a high volume of calls and/or chats.
Utilize multiple software systems and CRM tools to document activity and manage pipeline.
Consistently meet defined productivity and sales performance metrics.
Partner with Front Line Leaders (FLLs) to support team engagement and performance.
Participate fully in required training and performance evaluations.
Required Experience/Skills
Minimum 2+ years of quota-carrying experience in a SaaS environment or equivalent.
Minimum 1+ year of experience understanding the client management lifecycle and collaborating effectively with pipeline management or equivalent.Experience in a call center or high-volume sales environment preferred.
Experience selling services (e.g., cable, phone, electric, or similar service-based offerings) acceptable; SaaS experience not strictly required if equivalent experience is present.
Experience with full-cycle sales.Ability to navigate and work within multiple software systems simultaneously.
Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
Nice-to-Haves
Prior sales experience with accounting, ERP, or other financial management software.
Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Challenger, SPIN, Solution, or Sandler.
Proficiency using CRM tools such as Salesforce and ChiliPiper.
Participation in a 9-week training program (4 weeks classroom, 1 week nesting, 4 weeks on-the-job).
Three performance skills checks; employment may be terminated if two are failed.
Attendance expectations will be provided to vendors.
