Job Summary The
Materials Specialist Lead
is responsible for maintaining warehouse operations at IDT’s Therapeutics Gene Editing plant in Coralville, Iowa. This position reports to the
Supply Chain Manager
and is an on‑site role.
Responsibilities
Complete pick/pack/ship activities, including preparing outbound shipments, coordinating with shipping companies, receiving deliveries, labeling inventory upon receipt, and stocking appropriately.
Maintain warehouse inventory by stocking, cycle counting, managing Kanban locations, and transacting inventory to the correct cost centers and labs for production.
Work with other departments to ensure all raw material needs are met.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license.
Experience working in ERP systems, particularly SAP, with responsibility for processing and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements
Ability to travel; must occasionally commute to other Coralville locations.
Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Experience
Adapting to performing a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure.
Warehouse operations, specifically in the manufacturing industry.
Compensation & Benefits Annual salary range:
$50,000 – $82,500 USD
(may be modified in the future). The role is eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
Offers a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
